About Me

Lindsay

Welcome to Vodka and Biscuits! I started this blog in 2012 as a cozy corner to share simple, approachable recipes for all. Whether it’s through our cafe in Baltimore or hosting dinner parties at home, I love bringing people together through food. I hope my blog inspires you to create delicious meals and cherished memories around the table.

Mushrooms with soy garlic butter is new on the blog - “these come together in less than ten minutes and are irresistible, even to those who turn their nose to mushrooms – like my husband who beat me to the last bite.“

•

And if you’d like to add something to your Sunday reads, Sway: chapter 2 is published.

Have you ever taken a break from reading, only to suddenly feel the urge to order a new book, dive back in—and then wonder why you waited so long?

It’s been almost five years since my hiatus and there’s so much life to catch you up on.

Link in bio for a re-introduction & the beginning of a personal, vulnerable story I’m writing.

I’m excited to share more of story and the recipes that bring it all to life 🤍

All you need is 4 eggs, 1 cup of cream (or milk), 1 1/2 cups of cheese and whatever you can forge in the fridge for a quick quiche. Mix it up, season with salt and pepper, add into your pie pan lined with crust & bake for 40 minutes at 350 • I LOVE me a fridge forging quiche eaten any time of the day 😜
